3. You Invest
Invest as little as $100,000 in Fund 4 and passively invest a diversified portfolio of Mobile Home Parks and Parking Facilities that have gone through rigorous selection process.
4. We Get to Work
While you relax, our team puts your money to work… stabilizing and renovating properties, improving operational efficiencies, adding value, all the while keeping you updated on the performance of the portfolio via monthly private updates.
5. You Generate Passive Income
Beginning the quarter after you first invest, you’ll begin receiving quarterly distributions. Since we intend to hold our assets for decades, these distributions continue long after you’ve gotten all of your principal back, thus providing an “infinite” return on your original investment.
