Since inception, Sunrise has delivered 33 consecutive quarters of investor distributions and now serves more than 1,000 high-net-worth accredited investors, helping deploy hundreds of millions of dollars into durable, cash-flow-oriented real estate assets across the country.

Brian’s connection to manufactured housing is personal. His first experience with mobile home parks was as a resident at age ten following his parents’ divorce. He has since come full circle, owning and operating mobile home parks in over 15 states nationwide, bringing a rare, ground-level perspective to Sunrise’s investment philosophy.

Brian was named to both the Business Observer’s 40 Under 40 and the National Parking Association’s 40 Under 40. A former varsity baseball captain at the University of Kentucky, he is an active member of Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) and Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO). 

Brian also hosts the Sage Investor Podcast, where he shares timeless investment principles, lessons from legendary capital allocators, and practical insights on building enduring wealth.

With over two decades of experience, Kevin also educates investors how to locate, negotiate, and acquire commercial real estate to generate cash flow and legacy wealth for their families.

He shares his experience through “The Mobile Home Park Investing Podcast” and the “Real Estate Investing for Cash Flow” podcast, which provide listeners with insights into his investment philosophy.

In addition to his real estate endeavors, Kevin is passionate about giving back, and is the founder of several charitable organizations, including RunningForBrews.com, a social running club with more than 10,000 active members, and “72 Hours to Key West,” an annual 280 mile bike ride to benefit impoverished families during the holidays.

Over the past 25+ years, he has built a diverse career with renowned industry names like Brunswick, Hollywood Entertainment, and 7-Eleven.

Todd’s career trajectory showcases his versatility, having held various titles and roles ranging from General Manager to Divisional Vice President. His leadership acumen is evident in his oversight of teams spanning from 25 to 5,000 associates.

Todd’s responsibilities have been significant, with him managing up to $800 million in annual revenue during his tenure. In the Manufacture Home sector, Todd has managed assets of 20,000 sites across 19 states. His passion for Property Management especially in the Mobile Home sector led Todd to become the President of Sunrise Communities in early January 2024.

Throughout his life, Todd has engaged in a variety of sports, including baseball, football, basketball, bowling, and softball, which have remained favorites of his. Notably, Todd, his wife, and his children call Montana home.

In his past roles as CFO and COO, Sam spearheaded innumerable business growth and improvement initiatives, leading cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven, truly transformational, results.

In addition to his love for real estate, Sam is also passionate about continuous lifelong personal growth and improvement, earning a Master’s degree in Management and Systems from NYU, Certificates in Accounting and Finance from UCLA, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from UC Riverside, each earned with honors.

Scott has served in various leadership, marketing and sales roles in the private equity real estate vertical since 2012, the year the JOBS Act was passed that first allowed private real estate offerings to be made available directly to the public. Across these roles, Scott has led teams that have collectively raised over $1B in investor equity.

An avid outdoorsman, Scott enjoys trail running, hiking, backpacking and flyfishing. He and his family call Athens, GA home.

His expertise includes leading financial strategy and operations for complex real estate entities, managing investor relations, structuring and negotiating high-value deals, and overseeing compliance and reporting functions, including SEC filings. He most recently served as a Principal and Regional Manager at Clifton Larson Allen (CLA), where he oversaw the Sunbelt and West regions for CLA’s real estate outsourcing group.

Previously, Mr. Hart held executive roles at Sterling Real Estate Trust, as Finance Director where he managed acquisitions, sourced capital, and significantly increased portfolio performance and value. His background also includes leadership positions in banking and M&A advisory, where he structured multimillion-dollar transactions and improved organizational profitability through strategic planning and process improvements. Mr. Hart holds an MBA from Augsburg University and a BA in Economics from the University of Minnesota.

Ariana’s career has spanned diverse roles, from sales to operations and leadership, giving her a well-rounded perspective on both the big picture and the finer details. She thrives in fast-paced environments where she can blend structure with creativity—whether planning large-scale investor events or streamlining back-office processes.

When she’s not enhancing the investor experience, you can find her chasing down delicious pizza and planning her next adventure

Kirk has since participated in over $185M in real estate transactions. Beyond his professional pursuits, Kirk is an avid practitioner of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and enjoys outdoor activities such as hunting, golfing, and boating. He actively volunteers on his parish’s youth ministry team and serves as a board advisor for the Preambula Group.

From initial inquiry to long term portfolio growth, Kelvin guides high net-worth individuals, families, and advisors through the private equity landscape, helping them match their financial goals with Sunrise’s recession resistant assets.

Kelvin brings over 15 years of high-touch account management and sales experience to the team. Prior to joining Sunrise, he served as the Sales and Acquisitions Manager for Shoreline Property Group in Dallas, where he oversaw the acquisition and disposition of more than 250 investment properties. This deep background in transactional real estate gives him a unique ability to speak the language of the deal while remaining focused on the human side of investing.

His passion for real estate began early, but his true calling is connecting people with vehicles that create time freedom and legacy wealth. He believes that a successful investment is one that allows you to sleep well at night. Kelvin began his leadership journey in the United States Navy, where he was selected for Officer Candidate School and awarded an ROTC scholarship. This was an experience that instilled the discipline and integrity he brings to every investor relationship.

Outside of the office, Kelvin is deeply committed to his community. He and his wife facilitate a 12-week pre-marital counseling course at Concord Church, helping couples build strong foundations for their own futures. They are the proud parents of three active children and love traveling, sports, and the outdoors. A student of culture, Kelvin believes that how a society entertains itself offers profound insight into its values.

He also worked with a trademarking company for several years and co-owned two software and telecommunications businesses. While these ventures took him around the globe, Bronson cherishes his home life the most spending time with his wife, their two children, and their pitbull.

Now, at Sunrise Capital Investors, he’s found a work environment that mirrors his personal values. He appreciates the company culture’s strong sense of family and the team’s commitment to thoughtfully managing investments for their Limited Partners.

He’s the host of the investing podcast, The Cash Flow Chronicles, where he interviews the top experts in real estate and business.

With over five years of experience in real estate, Alex has developed a robust personal portfolio and founded a successful land-flipping company.

His passion for helping passive investors achieve financial success has been a guiding force throughout his career.

Outside of his professional life, Alex cherishes quality time with family and friends. An adrenaline enthusiast, he’s dived with great white sharks, jumped off bridges, and skydived—always seeking new adventures that push the limits and fuel his passion for life.

Daniel brings prior experience in asset management and investor relations at a single- family rental (SFR) firm overseeing more than $1 billion in assets under management. This background provides a strong foundation in investor communications, operational processes, and institutional-quality service.

Daniel is a graduate of the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business and is committed to upholding Sunrise Capital Investors’ values of transparency,
professionalism, and long-term partnership.

Her comprehensive understanding of real estate dynamics ensures she effectively supports and communicates with our investors.

Kayla played collegiate tennis and later completed her Bachelor’s degree in Business at the University of Southern Mississippi. Her background in business and athletics equips her with a unique blend of strategic thinking, discipline, and dedication, making her a vital asset to the Sunrise Capital Investors team.

Prior to her role in investor relations, Cierra gained valuable expertise in the insurance sector, working with nationally recognized firms such as Medahealth and Senior Services of North America. These roles honed her ability to understand client needs, develop customized solutions, and meet critical objectives, skills she now applies to supporting investors and driving capital growth.

Outside of work, Cierra enjoys expressing her creativity through poetry and practicing acrobatics, reflecting her disciplined and artistic approach to both her personal and professional endeavors.
