Overview

Park Estates MHP — Twin Cities, MN | Off-Market Acquisition | Dec 2021

Overview

Park Estates MHP is an affordable community consisting of 113 lots roughly 15 minutes from downtown St. Paul. This four-star community has a nice mixture of lots and storage units. This community was acquired from long-time legacy owners who managed the property for over 40 years.

Overview

Dutch Gardens MHP is an all-ages, affordable community consisting of 76 spaces roughly 65 miles northwest of Atlanta. This three-star community has a nice mixture of single-wide and double-wide units. The asset was acquired in an off-market transaction, and sourced via direct-to-owner marketing.

IL MHP Portfolio — Northern, IL | Off-Market Acquisition | Dec 2021

Overview

Rolling Meadows & Mancuso Village MHPs are all ages, affordable communities totaling 362 spaces in north central Illinois. Both communities were acquired from long-time, legacy owners who managed the properties for decades and had kept lot rents hovering around $350 for years, despite the fact that market rates are north of $480.
